ummm thats where the steering wheel is placed in cars used in Europe and they also drive on the other side of the road in some of those European countries..

No European contry drives on the left or has the wheel there. It's just the UK.

Yes but UK is part of Europe now which is why I said some European countries and I don't know the exact number....
