I don't think he's anywhere near as certain to be the Republican nominee as you do. I wouldn't even call him the front runner at the moment, I suspect he'll be a bit of a Giuliani - strong start but quickly fades.

Daily show is funny buuuut.... I wouldn't take the Daily Show as a serious source of news.

Something to consider is the fact that George W Bush HATES Rick Perry.

Bush's camp is basically campaigning for "Anyone but Perry."

There is something about Rick Perry that is very reassuring. But I guess it's a good thing I'm not voting.

Unfortunately, he is another psychotic nutbag like palin. Neither of those two are medically fit to be dog catcher much less president. It boggles the mind why the good republican candidates Paul and Cain don't get the majority of support.

He seems all right I guess. I like Gary Johnson and Ron Paul personally though.
