I'm curious on which PS3 model did you cosumers buy and when did you buy it (Before Christmas or during the Christmas holidays or after Christmas)?

I bought my PS3 (60GB) when it got released in Australia. I somehow regret buying it so early because sometime in August - September the PS3 came with two games:

1. Resistence: Fall of Man

2. MotorStorm

And a extra controller for the same price. But besides that i'm happy with my PS3 (60GB).

Git mine about 3 weeks after the Europe launch. Cost me £460 for the Euro 60gb model, Resistance: Fall of Man, HDMI cable and Casino Royale (and then the free one came in the post. I wish I chose a different film).

I regretted it for a while, up until around September as I hadn't any money up until that point to buy anymore games. But since September, no looking back.

40gig in November. Am happy with it although I am now wishing I got the 60 gig. I think I will wait for the ps3 to get cheaper and hopefully I will be able to find a reasonably priced ps3 with backwards compatibility.

I gotta say that my ps2 with component cables still looks awful on my LCD TV. I don't mind geting another ps3. Maybe if they release a 160gig model with backwards compatibility I will get it :)
