It doesn't look like that at all to me. I mean, I can see what you're talking about now that you've pointed it out, but she'd have to have one incredibly hairy leg, which isn't plausible. (One AND ONLY one incredibly hairy leg, I mean come on.)
I didn't see anything that I thought was probably the "shitbrix", just unlikely possibilities like the fact that the tree or whatever in the upper right corner looks like a face, and the smiling woman looks like she has gills where the other woman looks like she's kissing her.

The elephant tree one is cool though, I'm guessing a good photoshop but still cool.

The lake is actually a white wall, and the beach is where the sun is reflecting. The girl with closed eyes looks like she has her eyes open if you look very closely (yeah, not a very good one).

For the lake one: there is no lake, and there is no beach. The bright part is the top of the wall, where the sun is shining on it. Think about it. Isn't that water awfully non-reflective? If you look at the left side where the "beach" is thicker you might be able to see that it looks like the top of a low wall.
For the girl: if you look closely at her eyelids, you can see something that looks like a drawing of an eye.
Also, there's a green dolphin to the left of the elephant tree.
