That's kinda terrible Wii software.
It's like half the PS3 software shipped that same quarter........
And I was joking in my previous post but actually I wasn't that far off.
Wii outshipped PS2 by 116k this quarter.............

Yes, it is the highest Q1 for the PSP in years.  VGC has sell through as 1,274,050 for the quarter for the PSP.  Although the more egregious figure is the 433,801 that VGC has for the PS2.  But I think most people have accepted the PS2 numbers will never be accurate.

yeah ps2 is the DADDY alright...I hope they won't discontinue it anytime soon because next year it could be outselling ninty wii even

and I'm very pleased with the psp numbers, great hw deserves it.

Kind of low for PS3 given that they sell in Japan 10 times more consoles than Microsoft.

Hmm I think that's best quarter for Sony in comparision to competitors ever.

PS3>X360 (even with microsoft giving x360 for free and still riding kinect wave) >Wii (despite price cut)
PSP > DS >> 3DS

It's pretty meh for PS3 HW. If they don't make a price cut they will be dead in the water during holiday season. X360 manages to keep up even without rolling out their big guns.

Wow, the PS3 is down 25%, that's quite a large drop. Not as much as the Wii drop, but still pretty drastic.

PSP is doing really well! Do they have a breakdown of sales by region? Curious to see what the Japan vs other parts of the world sales are for the PSP.
