Don't really care that her husband got deported since he was illegal. Everything else sounds pretty stupid. Walmart will probably have to settle out of court for this mishap. Sounds like an overzealous security guard thinking he was doing something important.

Even if USA citizen marries an illegal the illegal still has to apply for citizenship.  Being married to USA citizen doesn't automatically give the other person citizenship.
