I hope Sony markets the PS Vita well. I personally think Ninty marketing during the 3DS launch was quite poor to be honest.

Not really. This is actually a pretty interesting case where both those two are subjective. Which one's graphics are better depends on whether or not you enjoy 3D. As for the controls, there is absolutely nothing wrong with preferring stylus with touch screen.

You're free to prefer Vita, but you certainly have no legitimate basis on which to consider those who prefer 3DS's graphics and controls out of their minds.

Metal Gear, God of War, a real Street Fighter, Tekken, Crisis Core, TWO actual GTA games, Medal of Honor, Monster Hunter, yeah PSP sucked for games all right, and FYI it doesnt matter where your from cause PSP is region free. Do you even own one???

 Yes I do, I paid almost $400 for my psp (I live in costarica) and I still keep what I said... yes I know it has good games, you also forgot Kingdom hearts, Tactics Ogre and FFT WoL Btw... But the thing is the PSP has more than 5 years since lauch, and yet there are not more than 15 good games (tastes are different I know) but still. I speak Japanese so I have several Jap titles, but when you look at the psps library there is no denial that is very poor...

And what do you mean by real street fighter?... As far as I know the 3ds version includes all the DLC, all stages everything... Or am I missing something?

lol many nintendo fans in this thread were trying to make the 3ds compete with the vita on a technical level. I think we can all understand by now that the 3DS has basically no technical advantage over the vita besides maybe the 3D. So instead of "trying" to make the 3ds compare and compete to vita technically why don't nintendo fans just compare the games in which they will likely win.

I voted PSV, mainly cause I wants one.

If i put my rational hat on, i think the PSV has a good shot, but I don't want to judge until I see the full software line up Sony has on offer. I think the PSV is going after a much more 'suitable' audience at it's $249 price tag - the HD console type guys who buy your COD's and AC's in their droves. So provided Sony delivers to them I think it'll be off to a far better start then the 3DS... it's just a question of whether they can get them to purchase it, I guess.

I expect PSV to be ahead of the 3DS (week on week) until 3DS gets the price advantage...

Nintendo have some heavy hitters in the software department coming this Christmas too - will be interesting to see if they can get the sales up. I personally just don't think their audience will ever buy a $249 handheld in mass, but we'll see!

How is it very poor??? Just cause you think it is, it makes it so?? WHat is it lacking?? Cause to me it has a very good library i play it more than my DS.

I have to say the Vita...bc the 3DS strikes me as another gimmick...its all nice and looks great...but the Vita has so much more to offer...the technology, graphics, gameplay etc far surpasses the 3DS...

Unless Nintendo picks up the quality of it's games I think psv is going to win out, it's going to have more and better 3rd party support, and Sony has more ips to use now and there are already a few promising new ones poping up
