they send it back with the worst apology letter i have ever read in my life. they also send a 1 month gold live card and a survey on how cutomer support treated you.(you dont have to do the survey but i did and said everything bad there was to say, it just pissed me off that one of the richest corporations in the world would rush to have their console out a year before their competitors and the damn thing didnt even work, and look in a year the wii passed them anyway so they got what they deserved.)
