Metal Gear Solid 4.

Two points...

1) Metal Gear Solid 4 is Metal Gear Solid 4.

2) I liked more Gears 1 than Gears 2.

Gears of war 2 and MGS 4 suffer the same problem , they are overhyped and harldy any fun to play and people who pick up one of the those two games today are wondering why people like it so much. Especially Gears of war 2 the only thing that was good about it was the horde mode and the graphics but that is all. If you played the beta of Gears 3 and went back to Gears 2 you probably felt you are playing a horrible game.

I can not decide, they are too different, I love playing Horde with my friends in Gears, but I need a good story I can play MGS4, so I'm saying that are about equal, I can not decide

Dude try spend a couple more hours in the game. After you beat Act 1 you will be so into it. By Act 3 you will love it! By Act 4 you won't be able to stop playing it but by the end of Act 5 you will say it's the best game ever. Then you will start to play MGO. That's a totaly different story. You won't be able to get over the online.

Never played Gears of War 2, I will pick it up but I am not expecting much from it, shooters have never been my thing either, the game needs a bit more substance for it to achieve a score higher than 9/10 from me.

MGS4 wasn't the 10/10 game everyone was claiming it to be. The story was overcomplicated and the game had far too much emphasis on cutscenes. But it was still a beautiful game, with a beautiful story and some stunning moments. The gameplay was extremely fun too, although I did ruin it for myself by treating the game like a 3rd person shooter instead of a stealth game.

It was the game that made me buy a PS3, how I managed to fork out £300 as a 12 year old kid I'll never know.

9.4/10

So I vote Halo Reach.

"Better in very single aspect"  glad to see that Reach's 8 player online co-op kills Resistances.

I don't get it...

The arms dealer is right at the start of the game, you haven't even set yourself into the story or anything.

Did you play MGS1,2,3?
