My state is a "Right to Work" state and as far as I know we haven't had that problem. A Right to Work law secures the right of employees to decide for themselves whether or not to join or financially support a union. If you look at the economic health of Right to Work states versus Forced Union states the results speak for themselves. Right to Work states have much better economies and have experienced general growth. Also, I'm more of a fan of privatized industry. The Federal Government ideally would have only a few primary functions, the number one being National Defense. Education and even local Police could and should all be privatized. Most importantly however, is to let each community, county and state decide what laws to enact so long as they are not in conflict with the constitution.
