60% is certainly low enough to worry about sustainability if the food exporting countries decide they need it for themselves, unless as you say the exports/imports of food more or less balance out. 

As for attacking us for our food, it sounds like you are suggesting some kind of raid would take place where they send in troops that literally sack warehouses etc.  IMO that is totally impractical.  They would have to invade to take over the food producing areas.  Unless they were somehow incercepting huge food shipments on a regular basis, nothing else would be regular enough and large enough to support a nation's population. 

As I said, those exporting countries are mainly other European countries. As long as these countries keep colaborating there will be no problems. Plus, if worst comes to worst, more money can be invested in local agriculture. The countries that are and will be most affected by overpopulation are also the ones that are CURRENTLY incapable of meeting their own food needs. Overpopulation would start negatively affecting Europe if some individual like the Pope had his way and contraceptives and abortions were banned.

Australia stop supplying coal to China? This would never occur, particularly not as late as 2040. By then, China will be the world's biggest economy and military by far, and they are already our largest trading partner.

America will be flooded with illegal immigrants who destroy the economy buy working for less and having less education (by 2050 30 percent of southwest America's workforce won't have a high school diploma due to high levels of illegal latino immigration and less and less spending on education in favor of entitlements). The average american wage will be 6,000 dollars less than it is today (without adjusting for inflation). Money will be poured into programs like welfare and other entitlements to keep the southwest afloat but that the country will be unable to afford due to its crippled workforce and unwillingness to make budget cuts. America descends into a third world nation.


Basically the third world will overrun the first and everything is downhill from there. Those are factual projections for the US but I doubt the rest of the world will do much better.

This could be prevented of course, but politicians don't have the will to do what is necessary.

In the past immigration laws were looser, and the people who come into your country illegally today could've easily entered legally back then. Your country has always been overrun by poor uneducated immigrants (I'm pretty sure your ancestors fit this profile), and despite what people like you have been saying for a century now, the US apocalypse has yet to occur.

Besides, illegal immigration did tons for the US, it's pure ignorance to say otherwise. We illegally immigrated to Texas and took it over, then when Mexico complained we took a bunch of other shit just for wasting our time.

Now Texans are afraid it's payback time.
