I'd guess that RE:UC will become the Wii's main-line RE games. Expect a RE:UC2 focusing on a new story to be announced around RE5's release. Perhaps we'll also see a RE4 Part 2 or somesuch on Wii, or a RE5 spin-off, but not a port of RE5.
RE6, however, will definitely be on the Wii - likely with an HD PS360 version as well, but the Wii will be the main SKU.
I'd also expect a new Onimusha for Wii sooner or later, as well as a new Mega Man game or two.

Well nothing wrong with RE:UC2, I have fun playing UC... But I have my fingers crossed for a REmake of 2 :) At least they owe us one for cancelling exlusivety of RE4 on Gamecube. Or better 2+3 Remake together, I really like the makeover of 3 in UC :)
But on topic I guess it made/will make their expectations. Many places are just 1:1 from the Gamecube and they didn't work on it for that long. Plus their railgun-shooters never did sell that well so I guess they're happy with where it is and where it will go with the years.
