I'd guess that RE:UC will become the Wii's main-line RE games. Expect a RE:UC2 focusing on a new story to be announced around RE5's release. Perhaps we'll also see a RE4 Part 2 or somesuch on Wii, or a RE5 spin-off, but not a port of RE5.
RE6, however, will definitely be on the Wii - likely with an HD PS360 version as well, but the Wii will be the main SKU.
I'd also expect a new Onimusha for Wii sooner or later, as well as a new Mega Man game or two.
