No Dual Analog, which is vital to FPS

Agree 100% with OP. This might be a massive advantage over 3DS.
Crossplay is going to be awesome, I want to play The Heist with my brothers.

Me + hundreds of thousands who want to play FPS on the go.

4g? That's some high hopes lol, but either way battlefield or COD on the go sounds badass.

| Gojimaster said: I would imagine that the 3DS is going to get a lot of the games too. All of the CoD games played pretty well on the DS to be honest. The touch screen, on high sensitivity, actually functioned a little bit like a mouse and had a nice effect for me. I used only my thumb, not the stylus. The 3DS has an analog nub to add more control. The 3DS will also be quite nice for FPS, IMO. I think it is a nice addition in control options that PS Vita has the 2nd analog stick, but I don't think that will bring in a ton more FPS games. The touchscreen on Vita also doubles in that capacity, but that is still not the reason Vita will get a lot of FPS games. The reason Vita will get more FPS games is because of easy-portability with the PS3. Developers will see Vita as an easy cash-in. I'm excited about all the cross-platform opportunities using PSN. That said, I'm also a little concerned that FPS on Vita will stifle innovation that portable gaming systems usually bring about. If developers treat Vita as a PS3-port machine, I wonder how many original titles will be passed over. I |
I think the problem in fast-paces fps in 3DS is that beyond the touchscreen and analog you have only 1 button to play(will be used for fire of course)
In Vita you have 2+4 buttons that can be pressed quicker.
