I don't know if any of the release dates are really confirmed for '08 yet... I watch the gamestop web site, and most games keep getting put back for all platforms. I would expect a bunch to appear that weren't announced yet, and then a bunch that were announced will fall back to '09. That seems to be the trend this generation.

I doubt MGS4 and MGS online will be only 1 game
MGS4 will have some online element
but there will be another MGSonline game later

ND have comfirmed they will revisit the J & D franchise in the future, but Uncharted 2 may come next (surfer girl disagrees)

Getaway is made by the Sony studio in Soho, London, the have only showed it at E3 05
