last thing i heard was that they were in need of a director/ writer and that fox (or universal---cant 'member) pulled out because of the rising costs. Now its in development hell. i do hope they make a movie out of it and maybe someday nintendo will follow with a Zelda movie--with orlando bloom as link :)

Did you see the Super Mario Bros movie? or The Spirits Within? or the Doom movie? Usually video game movies are pretty awful with the notable exception of Silent Hill.
