Trying to make a powerpoint where the next slide begins automatically as soon as the animation finishes on the previous one. Is it possible?

Assuming you're using new version of office

 

For each slide that you want to do this for, go to animations tab, look at 'advance slide', and tick 'automatically after' and enter the time that the animation takes.
