The camera is controllable (what I read, possible citation needed?) and it's in a game engine so it does represent system graphical capabilities, but the character actions are prescripted and it's low geometric volume. A real game could end up worse looking because of RAM needed to hold a larger level than the demo covered. So it's representative as a proof of concept, an actual game may or may not be the same (in capability and art style).
