This week in musings from UK chart:

Slightly surprising.  LEGO Marvel was the game to overtake Valkyrie Drive at the top of the charts, rather than the newest LEGO game or Minecraft.

As a side note, Valkyrie Drive is doing extraordinarily well for a niche game.  They normally tumble out of the charts after 3 weeks like Psycho Pass did, yet it's still here at #2.  Brilliant.

I have a PSVita now.

I just couldn't live with the thought that there was an Uncharted game I didn't play, so I went out to track down a good looking Vita I could buy. Took me a couple weeks, I mean d*mn these things are rare. You can barely buy them new anymore and if you do magically manage to find one it's the newer model which I didn't want. Also couldn't find an online shop which sold them, not Dutch nor a European one I know of. So second-hand it is. Still slim pickings, especially ones that are complete and in flawless condition, but there were a few, of the first model.

And there it is, someone offered exactly what I wanted; I now have a nice first model Vita, boxed and complete in flawless condition, with a complete retail version of Uncharted Golden Abyss, a memory card (4GB but should be enough for what I want with the system), a carrying case and a small card case.
