A really nice write up on the game, hope the game isn't too far off.

If what you're asking about is Phineas and Ferb, it's a cartoon that is extremely popular in North America, not sure about it's popularity anywhere outside Canada and the US but it's a show about smart ass kids who can do just about anything they want and they got a snitch sister who tries to let her parents whoo what kinda crazy, destructive and dangerous thing they do on a regular. But every time the parents look everything goes haywire and boom everything goes back to normal making the sister look crazy. Ironically alot of the times it actually makes her go mentally crazy. Actually a really good show lol

There was a Phineas and Ferb game on PSP. It played like a Ratchet & Clank title, because it was a port of a PS3 game developed by High Impact Games (Ratchet: Size Matters).

Aesthetically, yeah.  It was the selecting an icon with touch screen then dragging it to an enemy that engaged hype level down for me (i.e. reminded me of its mobile origins).
