yes, on cart, atleast for sure in NA, both cold steel and cold steel 2. Vita and ps3. Will apparently be dubbed in English as well. Translation is actually done on both Sky SC and Cold Steel :)

Sometimes I wish they hadn't dub it.....just translate the text and add subtitles.

No offense but hearing English dub makes me cringe sometimes.
