Not exactly an RPG, but as you say story driven, "Virtue Last Reward" comes to my mind.

I'm having a hard time deciding what to buy man, Sony does not make it easy for me
keep tip toeing between getting games for the platforms i already have, getting a Vita, saving more for Wii U etc
just announce a (proper) exclusive for 2015!...that's all i need :
