So Should I import uropean vrsion of Child of Light? You guys go some games there on physical only too(new littl king story).. and som way long bfor us... (WRC, and other motorsport games)... But still FW not Physical beig a exclusive from SONy is dumb, specially when thy have so big expectatives of the game, and when Europe are mor eopen to these games than America... -.-

Sure, if you feel like having Child of Light physically is worth that kind of money. Remeber, games in the EU are much more expensive than they are in the US. Whereas the digital version is 14,99€ in Europe, it's 14,99$ in the US, and the physical version of Child of Light is another 10€ more (MSRP, but it should be available cheaper right now, since I found it in store for 19,99€). If you'd find a store shipping to wherever you live selling it for 19,99€, that alone would run you 27-28$, MSRP would be ~33$. That's without shipping. You see, that's why it's a good thing that most games that only come to one of the western regions come to America only. Sure, it'd be better if no region would miss out, but if one has to miss out, I'd say Europe is the better option. That is, unless you leave out a big first party release with crucial DLC and an online pass.

Also, in this case, as in almost every other case where Europe gets a game physical when the US doesn't, it's got nothing to do with Sony. This is Ubisofts doing, and in NLKS's case it was Konami's doing. Did Pets come out in the US? That would be a Sony game to not release there.

Well, anyway, if you feel like paying >40$ for Child of Light instead of 14,99$ just to have it physical, go for it. I know I'd do it, but I'm a weird guy.

Oh, I suppose it's also important to mention that Child of Light has DLC (it's actually included with the physical version, but not on the cart (why Ubisoft, why?)). It's some items you can get in the game, a few stat boosts, one extra quest and an extra character and some avatars. Let's just say that it doesn't have some crucial stuff like an online pass or some shit like that. God, I'm still angry.

@domflo: Ubisoft sold a 15$ PSN game on a cart for PSVita at 40$, Dungon hunter, this game is 3$ or so on iPhone, is not a upgrade, not a expansion, didn't have extras, just a simple port on Day one for vita release at 40$... i supouse they learned if the pricetag for Child of light is 20€ (BTW a friend who is living on germany bought it today/yesterday)

I guess it's kind of a way of doing an "online pass". Basically they've put the Child of Light regular version on the card.

Re: your post. I prefer EU releases as PEGI logos are worth the extra :P

But in the case of Child of Light. the Complete Edition carries a higher cost than the regular game.

I paid £17.75 for Child of Light Complete Edition physically. It's £19.99 on PSN. (£11.99 for the standard game on PSN, but the DLC costs over £13 taking that route to over £25).

Physical games are generally cheaper than Digital in Europe.

- You can unlock a light novel based on an alternate universe take on Dangan Ronpa 1 when you complete Dangan Ronpa 2.

- Dangan Ronpa 'surprised' them as a visual novel (sales?)

- Send them e-mails of what games you want to see them localize (my recommendations: Planet Destroyer Noire & DanganRonpa: Another Episode)

- Future Neptunia games may not be exclusively handled by Idea Factory International; depends on each individual game (yay)
