There is a list of compatible titles (check out the wiki page "ps vita games list"), but in general every game that extensively uses touchscreen is not supported.

The console itself is not region locked, BUT you can only currently use Japanese PSN account with it. 

I think the console will come west this year. To be honest IMO the console is not worth importing since you wont be able to use your PSN account and all your digital titles.


Thanks, sounds all good to me. Though I guess I will wait till post E3 (at least) and see what happens. Not importing is always the better option if it's possible.

Thing is, the PSN account thingy isn't really a problem to me. I own a grand total of 5 Vita compatible digital games, 3 of which work on my PSP and PS3 (Final Fantasy VII, VIII and IX, of which I own VII and VIII for the original PlayStation (and I'm planning to buy IX soon, too)) and 2 indie games I purchased for bit more than 5 bucks (Spelunky and Hotline Miami) which also work on my PS3. I'd rather take that lock as an opportunity to get a Japanese account. Might be some interesting stuff on that PSN store.

Just bought Dragon Ball Z: Battle of the Z. It's not as good as Budokai 3 from PS2, but it has a lot of fun.

But actually... it looks pretty good. Looks like the developers know exactly what they want to achieve and aren't aiming higher than that.

Starlight Inception developers wanted to do something way more complex that they could possible handle, that's why they ended up releasing an unfinished game because that's what Starlight Inception is.

Well, this doesn't look that great too.. If you look carefully, You can't move up or down.. just at sides.. Basically a old mode7 space shooter... doesn't look bad, but still is not that impresive nor inmersive.

Finally got to watch all the ps4/vita indie trailers/gameplay. I would have definitly liked Chasm and Apotheon to have vita ports :(

I guess I'll settle for Axiom Verge

It could still happen! He's already 10% of the way there with a whole day left to go!

He just sent around a survey asking which single platform you most want Cult County on, so I'm guessing he's just going to prioritize one for now and it'll probably be 3DS.
