This is how all fighters start out

Persona 4 Arena, Tekken, SF, VF, SC etc. we just have to wait 6 months after it releases and then we can import it for PS3 and hopefully Vita.

I kind of hope not. I wouldn't have high hopes for either of those sales wise, especially Tales of Innocence which was a rush job that wasn't very well received, and it would only hurt our chances of getting the holy grail of Namco Vita games:

The Arcade market is still alive in japan.. so most fighting games release first on Arcades, then get a port to consoles after a few updates. Tekken tag 2 on consoles is a port of Tekken tag Unlimited a update of the first TTT2.. Tekken 6 too... some rara cases like Dead or Alive 5, release first on consoles.. and later on arcades.. or Soul calibur V wich didin't release on Arcade t all...

I would've picked up Starlight Inception if it wasn't $23 (It's the $3)
