NISA rules for even the simple fact that they brought P4G to Europe, no? The rest is a further bonus.

Knowing how Famitsu votes go, that "6" in the Doctrine's curriculum could mean a problem, or could mean a finally groundbreaking game. Let's hope it's the second.

Still undecided about Destiny of Spirits. Very good for being a free experience, but there's no story, no characters, combat is too simple, graphics are too flat. In the meantime, I'm playing also Valkirya Chronicles 3 on my PSP, which is exactly the opposite.

How is the fantranslation ?

I am assuming, you aren´t  fluent in japanese.

Seeing how Falcom is putting such a disproportionate effort into Vita already, I think it's excusable they had a social game. Can't say the same for Capcom.

Lots of social games are on Vita now anyway, and there are still more to come...

Don't get me wrong, I LOVE Falcom... since the PC Engine era!...

But I found all this "assault on mobile market" strategy enacted by console developers an annoying example of poor and improvised marketing.

I know SOME Japanese, but I don't consider myself fluent, yes.

The fantranslation, in the end, is very good and perfectly usable. Some minor text misallignment, some rare but indecisive typos, and encyclopedia and newspapers still untranslated (too bad for the background atmosphere, but they don't influence gamplay). The game itself is the best Valkyria ever (apart form the graphics that, obviously, excel in the PS3 episode) and an absolute masterpice. After you get absorbed into the story, the characters and the missions, you don't even notice the typos amymore. Can't say anything else without spoiling, but the plot is great, with a sort of anti-hero atmosphere, and the missions are complex.

Sounds awesome, I´ll have to import the japanese version sooner than later I guess.

This would be the next logical sucessor to the Vita. With Qwerty keyboard and all it is well thought.

Also, it's about 12-14 hours long if you play it at the speed I did.

WUT. It took me 32 hours to beat it! Did you skip over all the text or not explore at all?

Yeah, you're not the first person who has told me a similar timeframe for beating the game :P

Honestly, the only time I took a long time with something was during the first trial because I didn't really know what was going on.  After that, it was pretty much just rinse repeat of the same formula.  The map even tells you which rooms have important information for the class trials in :P

I read all the text, I didn't listen to all the voice acting though, because I read faster than the actors talk.
