I"ve had the same problem with Tearaway and tried also many things.(even a new mem card)The only thing i haven"t tried was another copy of the same game.
I"ve done a lot research in the internet but i guess this problem in most cases can"t be fixed.
Seems that very few games are incompatible with very few consoles.I guess it is some software error as all my new games that I bought are running without problems on this vita(except the new mahjong but that"s because the game is a little big buggy)

Vita error are really annoying can't believe a console had a lot of error problem it should had any
.Last month i got a different eror it was a critical one every time i start to download killzone my vita restart i rebuilt my database and the error was resolved i don't know if it work with your error.
PS4 - over 100 millions let's say 120m
Xbox One - 70m
Wii U - 25m
Vita - 15m if it will not get Final Fantasy Kingdoms Heart and Monster Hunter 20m otherwise
3DS - 80m

Had this twice today since downloading the Killzone Merc patch. Never had it before.

There is another patch coming in soon (adding the new maps and bot mode) so hopefully they throw it in there. It's frustrating for me; can't imagine what it's like to not be able to connect!
Will it be PS Vita TV or PS Vita 2000? There can't be "that" much OLED inventory left now. I'm guessing they actually stopped making the OLED model a good while ago.
I just hope there's a "Vita heaven" like bunch of announcements to go with it whether it's 2000 or TV.

I honestly think VitaTV would make more sense in the west at this point. They already have a handheld which isn't selling for shit; it's just an unappealing device in today's market.
A slightly slimmer, smaller model isn't going to change that.
VitaTV has the potential to be a bit more competitive should they handle it right (which they won't but still).
That said, I fully expect this announcement to be Vita 2000.
So I just played the Demo of Toukiden and here's my thoughts about it:
I'm not goint to say that it's better than Soul Sacrifice, but it's definitely superior in some ways.
-The graphics are way better, also I liked more that you can interact with other characters in a village instead of being stuck in a cell with a book. Toukiden has irregular ground so you don't have an awful feeling of horizontality like in Soul Sacrifice.
-However, the art and style (bosses, levels, powers, etc.) are very generic. In this aspect I like more Soul Sacrifice (except the level desing which is better in Toukiden). And the story in Toukiden it is not as interesting as the post-apocaliptic world of Soul Sacrifice. And the voice acting it is not translated! D:
-My veredict so far? I'll bought it not only because it solves many things I didn't like about Soul Sacrifice but also because it's fun. :D
-Let's see if Comcept and Japan Studio take a look at Toukiden and fixes some things for Soul Sacrifice Delta or Soul Sacrifice 2.
