Well, some characters looks a lot better, but the background doesn't improved so much.. PS3/360 versiones should be 1080p, but probably Ubi will go safe with a 720p resolution.

But still Vita's lloks great for the resolution and hardware...

True, I suppose I'm just agonizing over it a bit too much. I guess if I'm being truthful I'd like to get FFX HD on PS3 eventually, should follow on nicely from Ni No Kuni and Dragon's Crown, but we'll see, I might just see whats on offer and try things I haven't really thought about on both consoles

EDIT: @SnakeDrake - Seriously I did think about it but it'd be over £60 for FFX and I could get 4 or 5 games for that. I can't say I wasn't tempted though ;)


Get the Vita version now to support our console and the PS3 version later, when the price drops.

Are You sure? I saw some images posted here some days ago.. and had english subs on it... it said it was from Asian version...

Very sure. Asian version has Chinese subs and that's it. Lame... I know.

Just beat FFX HD on the vita(it took me 43 hours according to my save file) and I have to say I didn't expect the game to pull me emotionally lol. I think I enjoyed it more this time around. It was surprisngly challenging too, though that was my fault because I didn't do any side quests at all (Extra Aeons, Monster arena, celestial weapons etc...). I just played the story ^^

Tommorow I'll start X-2 and hopefully finish it this time around.

Buy the vita version. Ni no Kuni looks amazing on an HD screen, but FFX won't. It's an HD port. I've heard that the vita version looks much better because of how smaller the screen is.
