We have no details on KanColle Kai other than its release date of 2014. I think that Kadokawa games have their hands full with Natural Doctrine right now(Ps3/Ps4/vita) and maybe they were waiting to see How PDZ sells, hence the vague announcment.

Anyways, Kantai Collection is very popular and it's still growing in popularity. Just look at Comiket 85, most of the doujinshi/cosplay  there were on that series. For more info, you can read about the kantai phenomenon in english here, or ask baldr ^^

Should be only PS3,PS4 and PS Vita,no need to spread the games to other platforms like shitty tablets and what not.

A consumer electronics show is not the place to announce Vita games.

I'm amazed Vita was actually so prominent in their presentation what with the exposure from the Media Molecule video and direct reference for PS Now.

Isn't that more than SCEA did for Vita at E3 13? :p
