http://blog.us.playstation.com/2013/11/26/new-killzone-mercenary-updates-coming-free-multiplayer-maps/

Hi Everyone. Amongst all the excitement for the launch of PS4 and, of course, Killzone Shadowfall, here at Guerrilla Cambridge we’ve still been busily working away on Killzone Mercenary. We’re now very pleased to announce that there will be a number of updates coming over the next few months.

First up is Update 3. In terms of functionality there will only be minimal changes, but this is the patch that reduces the size of the other patches! After installing this patch it will free up around 800MB of space for those who have already installed Updates 1 & 2. Update 3 should be ready in the next few weeks.

Update 4 is due in January and is being designed to improve Matching and to help reduce join-game connectivity problems, as well as adding an auto team-rebalancing feature.

Following that is the big one: Update 5. Two new multiplayer maps for FREE, and the release of offline Botzone for Mercenary and Guerrilla Warfare modes.

Also in the first few months of 2014 will be Update 6, in which we’re working towards continued refinements and adding support for playing Killzone Mercenary on Vita TV.

We hope you enjoy the additions to Mercenary. Happy gaming.

This is some awesome work..good stuff SOny/GG Cambridge. I was waiting for dlc news and this exceeded my expectations

I hope that Guerrilla Cambridge will remain as the only First Party studio focused only on the Vita.

Update 3: My Vita really needs this update.

Update 4: I'm glad they're fixing this problem because I'm f$%ng tired of Multiplayer problems, but in January?

Update 5: OMG! YESS! I'm happy. Hope they'll release more maps during 2014. I think a DLC for the Story Mode can also be awesome.

Update 6: Meh, not going to buy a Vita TV, but still good news.

The Sony external studio will be working on Vita aswell. You know, the ones working on Borderlands 2 atm and that will be localising some 3rd party stuff. At least i think thats what they are called. I think they helped with Tearaway, but thats just me guessing. I havent confirmed any of this.

Yeah, I totally forgot XDev, but still they don't make exclusives or new content. Of course I'm not saying that their job is worthless -because it's not, and I'm happy with all the games they are bringing to the Vita-.

I wonder why Sony didn't announce in GamesCom or E3 that Injustice, Spiderman, and Borderlands were going to be released on the Vita. I mean Injustice and Spiderman have been released with almost zero advertising. Sony really needs to give more importance to the Vita in its conferences.

I wouldnt say they wont bring exclusives, cause some of those titles pending localisation are exclusives, but they dont work on games from the ground up indeed.

finally got home from work. Now it's time for...

Can't wait!

PlayStation Vita Japanese Software Sales (Media Create Physical/ Famitsu Digital)

I got Ys digital, downloading now. It's nice a lot of people here are buying it.

Anywho, Atlus is planning a before and after USA sale that is in store and digital. As far as the vita goes, Dragon's Crown is the only game on sale for 30$
for Atlus games sales list

My account password is reset by Sony. The only way to get my account back is to ask for a new one but I can't because the date of birth was randomly entered by me. Why would they reset my account? Why am this stupid to put a fake date? Questions, questions. I have thousands of dollars worth of games in there. If they are trying to convince me not to buy a PS4 they are right on the track.

That sucks man, so there is no way to get it back?

Apparently the Ys games on psp are on sale in US PSN. Each title is 7.49$, so if Ys Celceta is your first Ys and you like it, might want to check out Ys Seven (similar combat) , or Oath .

Funny thing about spiderman is that although it was a quiet release in the US it has been a completely silent one in Europe. I've found an online retailer with PEGI stock of it for £29.99 and I didn't even know it had a EU release due.

RIP Dad 25/11/51 - 13/12/13. You will be missed but never forgotten.

Rymdkapsel and Passing Time are free on PSM. Grab them while you can!
