Guys, I have a dilemma. Last month my bro was the one that first played my Muramasa Rebirth retail copy. Needless to say the save files went on the game card. Now he has finished the game and got all endings but here's the catch. I cannot get any trophies with his save files on the game card.

Should I delete them and forget all the hard work my brother put in the game. So I can get my trophies or should I use his game files to get easy access to the endings without the need to grind?

What would you guys do?

Your ONLY way to earn trophies is to delete the icon while the game card is on it... But Muramasa Save the data on the gamecard? First time I hear of a game doing so... :/ I know was stated by SONY as possible..

But don't fear, just go and backup on a PC or PS3 the data from Your Brothers Vita, and then proceed to delete it... You can use PLUS if You have too and cloud save the data.

Game save data isn't backed up on a game card, but trophy progession can be "saved" on game card. Transfer your brothers save either to cloud, or PC/PS3 (by backing up the whole game). After that do what DemoniOtaku said, that will reset the trophies on cartridge.

Guys, I swear its no joke. Each of us has our own Vita with separate accounts. I have even loaded his save files on the Final Act with all Swords available. Its insane. lol!

I totally forgot you can backup your game data on the PC/PS3. Thanks for reminding me. I will try that. I got no Plus at the moment though. I spent my $50 on Atelier Meruru Plus, Suikoden and Legend of Dragoon to avail on the $10 rebate PSN has on right now. ^^

Don't get either, what they have done is a really shitty practice. Even people who bought the game when it was cross-buy if they check their accounts will find they have now had access to whatever version they didn't 'purchase' removed.

That would be the "right" thing to do. Problem is, my future Vita and my PS3 are the only viable platforms, and I really want to play that game, especially for a discounted price. Still I like your reasoning, though.
