I had very good experiance with SONY's support. So maybe you could try emailing them, they might reimburse your account. Just say that you got it on holidays and thought it will work. No harm in asking...

I don't know why there are 3DS vs Vita things going on here. Vita is in such a different league that it's not fair to try comparing them :D

Anyone else massively disappointed at how tame the audio in Killzone Mercenary is? I love the epic scores the main games have on their intros. Vita ver? teases like mad with the build up, then as soon as game logo is on, it all gets muted for a Need for Speed style tone on "press start" >_
