Sweet about DW8: XL. But I wonder if (a) we'll even get the Vita version outside of Japan, and (b) PS3 saves will carry over.

this would be awesome. i decided to wait until holidays to buy DW8 but with XL coming to Vita i can wait. if it dosent come i guess they just lose a sale

Honestly, while all this "BUT IT NEEDS AAA GAEMZ" is true; a 2014 filled with indie games that I'm itching to play (Minecraft; Starbound; Volume) and a few JRPG's to take up lots of my time would actually be a pretty good year for the console for me.  I'm kinda looking forward to it now.

I'm really hopeful this is true and Sony are picking up some of the slack (*coughTalesof*).  S'gun be good.

Also, some other thoughts:

- Bought Thomas was Alone last night. I love it so far.

- Metal Gear Solid HD Collection came this morning, yay. It has a manual. A FUCKING MANUAL. First Vita game I bought that has one. Good job, Konami.

- That PSP sale in EU is absolutely shit. Why do Sony KEEP discounting the same games? MediEvil & LocoRoco are discounted like every other fucking week. WHERE IS WIPEOUT PURE/PULSE DISCOUNTS!?

- Dynasty Warriors 8 XL coming to Vita? Blimey, Koei are really bombing the Musou games on this thing. First Warriors Orochi 3; then Samurai Warriors 2 and now this. I still need to pick up DW Next!

I just realized that one of the indie games announced for vita was Broken Sword 5.

Just saw the Big Fest trailer and I'm very interested, love simulator games.

I thought that too when I first saw it.  Then I saw it was F2P and all the social/sharing stuff and lost interest.

I'll still probably try it out.
