The team making the game (ZeroDiv) are pretty small, iirc.  You're right though; these are PSP level graphics.

I'm still fairly interested in this game though.  I like that the battles aren't just sprite-based.

Considering how good Persona 4 Golden looks, I don't quite get that comment....

Not to mention that this is a new ip as well. If it turns out good and have decent sales im sure its sequel would improve.

Considering Stranger's Wrath sold better on Vita than on PS3 - yeah.

Considering this you may be right,but i've never heard of a vita version.

There's still a little bit of hope as munch should have been released in the german psn store in dec 2012 but still is not released.

maybe they are waiting for the vita version to release multiple versions at the same time to save money for advertising(only one campaign for both versions,similar to what ubi soft is doing with the new rayman)

It is a great game.played it on xbox-sadly it was ignored(just like XIII,strangers wrath,Grabbed by the ghoulies)I by most xboxgamers who mostly like to play mainstream shooters or pc games.

All the Odd world games in development are confirmed for Vita :) JAW were blown away by the Vita sales of Strangers Wrath.

Not to mention it's made by a small studio and expecting high production values is unreasonable.

Good news as this should mean that Abe's Odeyssey Remake will also be released.Games have a good gameplay and interessting story.

Still don't know where you have sales numbers from this game as it is hard -impossible to find out sales numbers for psn online only games.

The only way for me to estimate whether a game sells good or not is the number of ratings(1000+ ratings can be considered as success) but i still don't know how the ratio between buyers and raters is and wether the rating numbers in the german stores are only german ratings or all ratings in europe.

Yep Abe's Oddysey already confirmed :) Also if you look at Munch HD, it shows the EU Vita port expected Q2 2013 still so could be due any week now :D

Just Add Water themselves announced that the Vita ver of Stranger's Wrath outsold the lifetime to date PS3 version in it's opening week and also confirmation of 3 further Vita games in the works after Stranger's Wrath.

I love the success of SW on Vita, but I'm afraid other Oddworld games won't sell that much on it. SW is simply the best FPS game available thus far and that's why it's selling. Now if one of these current projects was The Brutal Ballad of Fangus Knott as an exclusive Vita title, that would be different and interesting, but chances are probably very slim...
