I think it's a nice feature. I wonder if there is a way to make it work the other way around as well. Stream the vita games to the TV (through the ps4).

lol i though the game itself was a pardody of uncharted i didn't know they would take it seriously. 

I think it is a good think, I've always like the WiiU idea. I don't think it will be able to stream PS Vita games --> PS4 --> TV, though, perhaps they will release a revision with HDMI :)

Just to be clear, the only mandatory thing here is that developers have to implement it in the game right? Not that consumers have to have a vita to play certain games?

I'm wondering what developers can do with the feature, hope they can do something cool with it (i'm thinking watch_dogs with vita as the mobile that is used in the game to hack things).

Exactly. Since everything will be done through a secondary chip (the encoding of the video and communiction with PS Vita), devs won't have to do a thing or sacrifice the game performance (which would happen if they made mandatory on PS3). Probably most titles will use PS Vita only as a new controller with a screen, not adding a thing for the game.

1 million views is quite the achievement. Vita rules this site. A ton of great Vita news is going down, it will be a great E3 and we will see the Vita rise to power.

I don't think they need to. You know that mystery slot next to the Vita game slot? That is most likely the developers port and I'd bet a propreitary cord made for that could feed out to an HDMI. Though micro HDMI would be nice, I think every Vita is capable. Sony just needs to sell those cords!

All it does is stream the ps4 games to the vita and you can play them on there instead of the TV. You can still play every game on the ps4 without haveing a vita.

I don't think we're gonna see any special features beyond that, unless some devs decide to port Wii U stuff to ps4/vita.

Oh yeah, completely forgot the mystery slot lol. Curious to see what they will do with it, HDMI is quite possible.
