Now that I think of it, the one feature I will miss that the PSP had but the Vita will not have is the XMB T.T

I think for the ps3 is was good but on a handheld is felt to slow.

I fail to see how Uncharted Golden Abyss isn't a killer app. Then again Famitsu gave Uncharted 3 a lower score than Uncharted 1, so I guess the Japanese don't enjoy the games all too much.

U3 had 100k opening - that's nowhere near real system sellers in Japan

In west it is but it got a lot of negative backlash for price.

When will this come to PS3? There are only a hand full of titles I've ever even tried the online in, its just a waste of space and money for me. I hope this will completely leave all multiplayer compnents out of the basic download to allow space for more games.

No, the titles will still have all of the multiplayer features included but you won't be able to access them without an "online pass".

I Supousse that the downloable games will have its Online Pass included or simply it will not need it... Just a unlock and voila!  I THINK...

Yeah, that is what I would like confirmation on because according to the article I posted it seems like downloadable titles with online play come without the pass by default.

If that was true some major online magazines and blog would have made echo of such new...

According to TheSixthAxis the Destructoid article was incorrect and Everybody's Golf DOES include an online pass for the reduced price. So I'm hoping/assuming that this will be the case for all DD-titels, or it would be quite bad.

Currently playing:

Final Fantasy VI (iOS), Final Fantasy: Record Keeper (iOS) & Dragon Quest V (iOS)

Got a retro room? Post it here!

U3 and UGA are very good software on japan... but not console sellers... they only appeal to some minority (but growing)  public beteen the bizarre/unique/different tastes of most of the japanese... Vita just have to wait for a Monster hunter or something like that.. maybe the next "Monster Hunter selling title" will release next year...

And that's Why I think that the Western release of PSVitea will be different of the Eastern one... most of the games are more Western appealing... and will have a better lineup...

That's what I thought... That would have been a death blow to the liver of vita if it were true...

Uncharted just isn't a japanese style game. Now if Elena was in the game as a anime stripper and you were protecting the strip club from giant sticky balls of Final Fantasy/Dragon Quest hair gel and Nathan Drake was using a sword that was 60x bigger than he is, that might be a system seller.

Also Giant Enemy Crabs would help. You know, for the familiar-ness.

i personally believe xmb does not suit the psv since it has touch screen functionality..and also being able to create custom wallpapers etc can be pretty cool! :D

I agree..at least on a visual level the xmb needs some changing. the new system for psv will look better with time, especially since this is the first time sony is doing something like this
