Well the biggest issue with fake boobs imo is that why the girl did it... Probably means she has poor self confidence.

Also I hate how society materialize women and how fake everything has become. It is okay to have preferences and like big breasts and such but I find ridiculous that so many women are having breast implants just to please the 'look like a porn girl' trend.

Really, most women do that sort of things to please others because they thing they aren't good enough when they're just themselves. They deny it but it's true.

By the way - I've never dated a girl with implants, but I have dated a few who were naturally, er, "well-endowed." If silicone really does feel the same way, I'm all for it.
