so the bbc have written this article about E3, personally love E3 but I have only watched it for the last 3 years, so basically I want to know what some of the older gamers think about what they say in the article.

obviously there are many things that are facts but I am most curious about:

Beyond the headline grabbers, some gamers say the conference does not have quite the same weight or allure it once did. E3 I recon is the biggest event on the gamer calender up there with TGS, gamescom and GDC but what is this Penny Arcade Expo (PAX) and do you think it is bigger.

"E3 has somewhat fallen from grace with actual gamers," Do you think it used to be better.

It's all downhill since 2006.

E3 is domed?

I heard this about E3 when they turned it into a locked-door event. But after 2009 it returned important, and honestly if E3 is not important about gaming what is?

I think it's about on par with past years.

If Sony and Nintendo can show us some good stuff people will only remember the Microsoft conference in the GIFs
