At first I was like.... ooooh shit!

Then I realized that the title said PSP instead of PS3.

Can't figure what he's saying though... is programing games for the cell still way more annoying then a traditional console? I thought PS3 games only cost the same as 360 games at this point.

The "closer too" statement might mean something to it.

Seems like a "wait until it's out" type thing as it seems like all the stated statements can't be true without a decent amount of parsing of words.

That's a misleading title. He says "closer to PSP than PS3", not "close to PSP". Quick example with rough numbers:

AAA development for the PSP: $5 million.

For the PS3: $20 million.

Now the actual development costs for AAA titles on the NGP could be between $10-12 million and the statement would still be true. However, this isn't close to PSP budgets as the number is at least twice as high.

I don't claim to know the exact numbers, but it's worth pointing out how broad of a statement that is from Michael Denny.

That's what I thought of as well.

Well hopefully we will get some nice games, even if I am far from convinced that it is going to be cheap to make such great looking games. The console itself looks really good, so we just have to hope it sells enough to make money for developers from the start

Geez, you could've taken the time to do a little cleanup and editing before posting instead of just full-on copypasta-ing the site.
