Is there anyone who can possibly help me with this one math problem? It is driving me nuts, I thought I had it down but apparently I am doing something wrong.

EDIT: HELP NO LONGER NEEDED. SOLVED IT ON MY OWN. THATS WHAT I GET FOR PROCRASTINATING lol
