Hardest one to rank because America eats up games like GH, Europe eats up games like Singstar and Japan, well we know about Japan, so I'll say it's a 3 way tie.

Japan is most important in alot of ways, alot of the best devs are there, and if you don't do well there you won't get to many games.

Every Gen. the Japanese Winner won the war. US was close between SNES and Genesis, Genesis actually beat SNES in europe. PSX and PS2 won Japan easily, GB, DS, the list goes on.

America
