IMO the 3DS is too expensive atm, it costs more than a PS3. A price cut would definitely send it into first place.

Sorry but, can you tell me where? As far as I know the cheapest PS3 is about 300 euros/dollars.

PS3 120gb model is £199.99 and 3DS is £208. That was at launch though, I'm not sure if the prices have gone down yet. I'm talking about in-store not online shops.

Around the Network

i dont believe it will have a pricecut, i blame the lineup because its shit... when the handheld gets some games in i believe the sales will pick up

They're currently profiting like $150 from each 3DS sold at retail. That's a lot of money, and they can easily afford a $50 cut if needed.

Price Cut and Mario Kart 3DS combo for the Holidays...

3DS will have the best Holiday season ever.

Yeah but Carl, Nintendo think price cuts are bad for the consumer!

what, they said that or something?

Fine, but Sony doesn't make the 120Gb model anymore, that leaves you with the 160Gb one which is more expensive. Also 3DS' price has been adjusted down to its MSRP after the usual launch pike.
