1. I wrote "canibalizing sales", which is actually the opposite of what you are claiming. It means "people would buy fewer copies of one game because another is around".
2. I'm sorry, but the term "both were the fastest selling FPS on the Wii" doesn't mean "their individual sales should count together". Why? Because if you don't count one game only, the other STILL sold faster than other FPS on the Wii.
3. You're confusing this discussion with another. Read my comments here again.
4. That's more because of lack of FPS compared to releases. We kind of need to see releases in the amount of the other systems to actually know that one.
A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.
