Since a StarFox game is already on the works, albeit for the 3DS and it will be strange to have a Smash Bros without HAL Lab, why not think of Retro working on Eternal Darkness 2?
Please excuse my bad English.

"In Gears of War 3, fight on as Marcus Fenix, the grizzled war hero and leader of Delta Squad. Eighteen months after the fall of the last human city, the war against the Locust rages on. Meanwhile, deep beneath the surface, a fearsome new threat is infecting the planet from within. With survivors scattered and civilization in ruins, time is running out for Marcus and his comrades as they fight to save the human race."
I've never completely gotten into the series. Sure the games are fun to play, but I just feel that something is lacking for me to really enjoy it. Maybe it's the bleak colouring, or the fact that all the characters are big macho dudes running around with massive guns... perhaps they're overcompensating :P . What does get me excited for this entry though is the fact that the creators made the effort to add more colour, and going by the trailer, a bit more humanity. Sure the other two had moments of poignance, but it become somewhat corny, as if the developers put those scenes in to show the game has a heart. Dom: I lost her again (smashes car window). XD I always laugh when I see that scene. Anyway, trailers so far look great and the fact that this will be the final entry (I think), it definitely is worth getting hyped up for. Also, the multiplayer is another part of the game that I'm excited about. I sort of got into gears 1 & 2's... it was enjoyable, and is refreshingly different to the usual FPS multiplayer. What I love most about it is the great connection. I live in a small-ish city in Australia with ADSL (ADSL 2 isn't available up here >_<), so finding a game that doesn't lag is very rare.
Looking very much forward to what else they have to show us at E3 :D .
