It's been years since Killer Instinct 2 released on a Ninteendo platform by Rare. I think it's time for a new one but Microsoft now has domination over Rare so it will likely if ever be released on the 360 or its successor. 

But all I want is for it to release already! I just loved the fast action pace of the game and the awesome combos. The good memories I had playing it in Mexico in my Dad's arcade.

As long as they don't make it 3D. Or cut Riptor from the roster, like they did in KI2. ¬_¬

no why did the video stop just when it was about to get awesome. I Remember owning the first one and the second one. Ahh good memories, the button mashiest game i have ever played, was pretty awesome getting those ultra combos.

Hell yeah I wish they would make one.

Killer Instinct 2 is one of my favorite fighters ever!

LOVED Killer Instict 1 in arcades.  Liked it a lot on the Snes.  Liked what I saw of Killer INsticnt 2 in arcades (didn't see it around that often and some of the character designs sucked--WTF happened to T.J. Combo's outfit?).  Wasn't too impressed with Killer Instict Gold for the N64. 

I have no desire for a Killer Instict 3.  The graphics and the mix of Street Fighter styled gameplay and Mortal Kombat Fatalities are what I loved about it.  If it came out now, I wouldn't be impressed by the graphics and the MK/SF style would be done better by MK and SF.  Street Fighter has "Fatalities", now.  Mortal Kombat has "Gameplay" now.  There is no place for KI to shine.

I liked playing Killer Instinct more than  I did Mortal Kombat so a new KI would be awesome.

I highly recommend downloading an emulator and the game. I think you'll enjoy it:)

No, far too late. Modern/younger gamers, who started gaming on the late PS1, PS2 and beyond won't even know what it is or how good the first game so I don't think it'll sell.
