Forums - General - The Bulls just might win the NBA title

So, it's official. Bulls / Heat Game 1 was the highest rated cable program ever with 11.1 million viewers. This makes me bring up two points:

1) A lot of people saw the Bulls kick the Heat's butt.

2) amp316 is about to start a conspiracy theory - Due to the extremely high ratings, the officials will be instructed to stretch the series out to seven games if it is possible in order for the NBA to make a huge wad of cash.

i watched the first half of the season while i was on hoildays, but the second half i have lost track because i cant watch because of the time differences and that they are shown on ESPN at 12-1pm and i am usally at school :(.

anyways, Thunder will beat the mavs and the heat will beat the bulls. While i want the bulls to win, i dont think the heat will fold.

But its good to see that La Lakers are finally not going to be in the playoffs again or the celtics.

Of Course That's Just My Opinion, I Could Be Wrong

1. :)
2. This may also be why there are huge gaps between the games. sun---- wed---- sun, serioulsy wtf.

For once, I might agree with amp's sports choices.

I still say that Spoelstra or whatever his name is (Heat coach) was just brought in so that if the Heat season tanked, he could be the scapegoat and take complete blame. He was a no-name before, so they can blast with no remorse now.......

In Game 1, out of the Big 3, only Bosh was functional surprisingly, poor guy. Lebron was like 5-15, and Wade was 7-17 or something. Wade especially played like complete trash during that game and he got YAMMED on by Gibson. He was humbled throughout the entire game.

In order for the Heat to have a chance at winning, they need a big man to provide offensive rebounds and 2/3 of the Cerebrus must be playing well. You saw the final game of the Celtics/Heat series; Lebron buried the team by himself in the closing minutes.

The Mavericks won't just cruise by the Thunder. I put my money on Kendrick Perkins stepping up and the youth of OKC once again letting them pull through in the end. Jason Kidd keeping up with Westbrook? HA

Game 2 was actually supposed to be on Tuesday, but the United Center was rented out by Oprah Winfrey.

The Bulls stunk really bad in Game 2.

They need to play a lot better tomorrow or they'll lose that one too.

Yeah, I expected them to lose game 2 though... if you don't split the opening series your in trouble... because you need to win 4 of the next 5.

Last but not least, Lebron James rhymes with choke: No more needs to be said about this.

So in conclusion, I'm not saying that they definitely will, but the Bulls just might win the NBA title.

Nice prediction.
