vette and trucks and heph and stefl and wonk, can I please get your opinions on my suspects via the potals? You're all online and I'd really like to get this day over with.

DO we lynch linkz, or is there a better option? If there is a better option, would you consider notstan or ST?

linkz.

both others are viable... for a day one, but i'm not convinced for other days.

what do you mean by that?

I mean that my lynching standards are different for day one than other days ^^

I could lynch notstan and ST today, but to lynch them on other days I would need a more tangible proof of their scuminess.

Seems like you have become rather accepting of his lynch. With this post, you voting a time limit, and not pushing hard for a no lynch or other candidate.

I felt that town discussion was in serious danger of stalling out.  If I was going to bet I'd bet Linkz flips protown, but it's hardly guaranteed, and like you say it's not like this day should last forever with Linkz at a perpetual L-1.

My vote is still on No Lynch, but I think the best way to move forward as town on ANY vote at this point is to do so with a running clock.  You may disagree.

I agree

I've also been noting that. I remember last time his alignment was called into question and in danger of lynch he repeatedly urged that he wasn't, saying, this is a big mistake. I WILL flip town, this will be a devastating loss, etc etc. I've only see him do it here a couple times now, and even stranger I have noticed him theorizing his alignment also in several posts. I want to lynch him but I can't help feel that he's a bomb now, thanks to wonk.

He's not a bomb.

How do you know? Care to show your confidence by being the hammer vote?

Because a townie bomb would have of course warned us by now (unless he's really vengeful but I doubt that's Linkz's case) and a Mafia Bomb is an abomination that defeats the whole point of the game (we're supposed to be rewarded for finding scum not punished).

I'll gladly go ahead with the hammer if he gets back to L-1 and someone is too scared to go ahead with it but right now I feel my unvote would hurt the cause.

I'm not claiming nor denying the role(Neither in fact, though other options exist as well), but I am curious. How does one go about being a bomb and warning town, while still trying to not become avoided by a scum kill and thus always the lingering question mark and likely cause for a town loss?

a confirmed town bomb a stump would be a very likely town win... I doubt we have both

I'm afraid I'd have much new to bring up about Silver-Tiger. Yes his vote came at a moment where it could be considered bandwagoning but the most interesting thing I got from what I reread is that his unvote could easily read like him telling his teammate to please drop the act and say he read his PM.

I'd would advise him to finally read your PM, before things get dirty, I don't want that we loose a possible townie because he because of such a needless discussion.

Not much I know but I'm tired and that's all I've got right now.

I fosed him for his unvote, not his vote.

His explanation for it made it seem he didn't even know why there was a vote in the first place; making both the vote and unvote simple bandwagons.

Your analysis is interesting though.

1) Anyone that's observant in Mafia should know who I mean, and as I said it's not the end of the world if it goes misunderstood. The player is likely to mess up on their own in my opinion.

2) So then when I flip town and if there was no vig(or he didn't listen) you'll do what should be done today anyway and get him lynched?

it goes without saying but i'm finding #2 to be in need of a rethinking :p

Indeed. I will still flip town, but I'm no longer saying Vette should be lynched, in fact he probably should never be lynched. If there is a Vig he should avoid shooting Vette as well.

Actually I still don't like his reaction to the whole thing and your indictement of him when you were at L-1...in fact the point where you voted mentioned only his no lynch habits, not the PM thing, so it's odd that you're completely against it now.

I imagine people are trying to use this against me, so I will address this as soon as possible.

Yes, this was a hint goddammit, but not because either he or me is scum. I really don't like going into detail.

This raises even more questions. I'll ask some now and hope to get some answers when you return.

Why were you hinting?

Why point out that it wasn't because you were scum while not saying more about what it was?

Do you know something that would be better revealed before linkz gets lynched that might stop it?

1.) Because of the whole PM disaster he were in danger of a lynch, sadly he still is. For the record, this was not the only hint.  I could the other hints, but that would take a moment. Maybe I'll post them later.

2.) Because ginving out moe information about is only going to help scum.

3.) Not now, I would hate to give out more information becaus eit would seriously help scum.

Why did you vote for linkz in the first place?

And why did you wait until L-1 to unvote?

wouldn't it a bit obvious if I defended him the whole time?

And if I knew it would go to L1, I would have unvoted earlier. By the time I checked back in, He was already at L1.

you're vote put him at L2 what were you expecting it to do?  Also why did it take you more that 7 minutes to unvote him. Since if he was at "L1" when you saw it that would have been before hephs unvote. Yet your unvote was 7 minutes later?

For the first question, I refer you back to the quote above yours.

As for the time, do you expect me to check the thread every minute? I can't be online the whole time, I have a social life, you know.

"There's a reason why I unvoted Linkz, I can't imagine why he would come up with the PM story if he's scum (I mean that he read the PM and is scum, but pretends he did not read it). he pratically paints a target on himself. I just don't expect such a move from an experienced player like Linkz. He is a hell of an dangerous player for the scum if he's town. That's why I don't want to loose him. Of course he's as dangerous as scum player, but.... something tells me he is pro-town."

"Again, I asking everyone to refrain from voting Linkz because of the whole Pm fiasco. I do not suspect him at all."

"I really see no reason for you to roleclaim, especially on day one.  I suspect that under the people who brought you to this point are scum members. I would just fit them perfectly if you roleclaim now, so I'm asking you not to do it."

These are the hints I gave to the town, especially for the second one every lights should have turned on. Every mafia player should know what i mean.
