Dead Rising. Buy Dead Rising. Should be around $30 USD or comparible where you live, as it's a Platinum title.

I second this. For the longest time, it was my favorite game on the 360. The replay value is through the roof on this title. In fact, watching this game on YouTube was the reason I ended up buying a 360 a year ago instead of waiting for Halo 3.

This is coming from a guy that couldn't give a damn about grahics that much, but i will say that i was impressed with Halo 3, i really did look nice to the eye....well if we don't count the popping up grass in the jungle if you came up to the next scene too fast...I really enjoyed the whole game. This is my first touch of Halo, i never played 1 or 2, and was a bit lost with the story, but somehow managed to come up with a solid interpretation.

The only real thing that gripes me....is that i have 6 hours of playtime with this game after passing it from beginning to end.....not too good in that sense, but yet i still had fun. I plan to buy Gears of War, Mass Efect and CoD4 sometime in the near future, does anyone else have any other game that you would recommend (and no, i don't intend to buy Viva pinata).....

.....One last thing, where the hell can i buy halo 1 and 2 for the xbox in Europe?? I can't find a single store with these games...

I enjoyed Halo 3(I never played 1&2 either) but I enjoyed it online more. Honestly though, I Like COD4 way better, the single player is amazing. Then and many people seem not to know this, but the arcade mode is super cool and has a leader board, the big twist here though is there is an extra mission not in the game where you have to rescue a vip on a plane,(I've played this through a gazillion times trying to increase my ranking. But the COD4 online is the best, ever for multiplayer, while it doesn't have as many options as halo 3 like co-op play and 4 player split screen(while using online too) it has more lively objectives, for example this a whol rpg styled system you rank up and get create you class of solder and save it you'll unlock new guns, attachments special perks(like droping a grenade when you die which does wonders sometimes for you score) then you have fun challanges to unlock so even if you suck it's fund to complete the challanges(like killing yourself from a 30 foot drop. Or blowing up 15 cars) Plus you can use perks to compensate your weakness I suck at Halo mostly because my aiming ain't great but with the Grip perk and the Juggernuat perk they've helped my aim and kept me alive a slight bit longer to win more standoffs.

Mass Effect is my favorite game, it's amazing, escpecially the last couple hours of story mode boards is on par with the best summer blockbuster films.

Assassin's Creed is enjoyable too, at first you'll marvel at how amazing it looks, and the sheer size of the cities is extradinary from high up places, then a few hours in if your like me you'll get annoyed at some of the control issues and repetitve missions, but a little after that you'll get sucked into what's going on and find your stride, and just play on to enjoy the ride, plus it's quite a bit longer then some of the multiplyer games(so is Mass Effect, I played about 30 hours on it.)

You should also consider ORange Box, it's simply amazing.
