Activision started working to make Modern Warfare into its own mini-separate franchise. I'm skeptical that they would advertise it once again as primarily Call of Duty, unless they decided with Black Ops that the CoD brand needed the bump.
And it doesn't seem like that happened.

meh..Im not to sure with the MW3 logo. But the rest isnt bad...I would have liked to see the soldier in a more moving/action stance.
