Official info'll come at May 17th, meanwhile some rumors points to the Japanese update:

3DS Ware - Rockman Dash 3 Prologue (200 yen), Petitcom (800 yen)
DSi Ware - import DSi Ware from DSi to 3DS
3D Classic - classic titles in 3D, Excitebike, Legend of Zelda and Xevious will be available
Virtual Console GameBoy - Ikari no Yousai, Phantasm
Virtual Console Game Gear - Sonic & Tails 2, Sonic Drift 2, Dragon Crystal, Columns
Virtual Console GameBoy Color - Super Mario Land, The Legend of Zelda DX (Demo)
Virtual Console PC ENgine - games TBA
Demos - 3D Video Player, 3D Game Trailer/Previews Channel, Fuji TV and Nippon TV Previews

I think there is, why shouldn't?

They've hinted at it in the past, but this press release seems to only address transferring of DSiWare, and not original purchasing.

Seems like the Dsiware is going to be part of the same store as the 3DS ware.

I still just very happy I can import my DSiWare games to my 3DS.  Hopefully something similar will be with the Cafe.

i'm excited for the 3d previews and what not channel and trailers.

be nice to watch these trailers you see all the time online in ACTUAL 3d instead of the stupid little dialogue saying "is not in 3d due to not being  on 3ds"

Should be the case for Wii -> Project Cafe.   You should be able to transfer all the VC/WiiWare games to Project Cafe.  Would be nice if I could keep them on the Wii and have them on the new system at the same time (which I think you should be able to do).

be nice if it allowed you to transfer Wiiware games over to 3ds too, IF possible.

you know like if square made a quick 3d update to like "my life as king" and you could transfer it over to 3ds if you owned it already.  I think that would be a neat game in 3d.  having a 3d town to move around build in.
